17 Years ago I held my first Open House in Fox Hill Farm, Delco’s wonderful 55+ Community. Many visitors came to look at the house and loved it. Many others came and looked, and left NOT liking the house. It was frustrating, knowing that there were 6 other model homes, wonderful neighbors and a beautiful Clubhouse for a new visitor to see.
